Reflections

I really enjoyed the session. At first my worry was that I was going to take on too much. I already have an MA so do not really need the credits. I am also working on my PhD which I am trying to do full time and this has not been easy to do. But after the session I realised that this could be a really important thing to and have a really good impact on my role and course leader and for our department. So even though it is going to be extra work and pressure, I also feel I could really learn something and become a better leader.
